We’re hiring two Executive Assistants - a Junior EA and a Senior EA to become the operational backbone of our legal team.

These are not “just admin” roles. At Aspect Legal, our EAs are trusted operators who:

• Keep legal matters running smoothly
• Ensure nothing critical falls through the cracks
• Build and maintain systems that protect clients, lawyers, and the business
• Take ownership of the workflows that make a modern law firm actually work

Both roles are fully remote and work closely with our senior solicitors and Legal Project Managers across Australia, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
