Must provide multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure the executive’s effective use of his time and seamless and productive interaction with staff and business partners.

The executive assistant’s duties and responsibilities include: managing the executive’s schedule, meeting preparation and coordination, complex travel arrangements, record maintenance, research and information gathering, follow-up tasks, and preparation of summaries and reports.

A successful candidate must be proactive and open to learning, able to handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people.
