Job Description

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, and record management. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders while ensuring strict confidentiality and protection of the CEO’s interests.

Project Management

Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO. Ensure timely execution, alignment with organizational objectives, and effective monitoring to support the successful delivery of strategic priorities.

Communication

Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate clear, accurate, and timely communication to strengthen collaboration and support organizational effectiveness.
