The position holder will be the steady hand that keeps our APAC Executive Office running smoothly, supporting our CEO, Head of Asia Pacific and the wider team so they can focus on the work that matters. You will organise busy calendars, regional and international travel, governance tasks and confidential records, bringing clarity and calm to busy days across multiple time zones. You will also take the lead on the rhythm of the office - looking after leases, supplies, access cards, vendor relationships, meeting‑room bookings, document‑management systems...
