A Private Equity firm is looking for a 1 year contract for an Executive Asssitant

Your new role

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and other senior team members, including but not limited to:
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Expense claims and reimbursements
  • Calendar and meeting coordination
  • Oversee and manage all office administrative matters, including facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination and general office upkeep.
  • Monitor all facilities-related requests.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented and maintained efficiently.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between external service providers and internal stakeholders across different regions.
