Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the CEO's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, supporting both professional and, where required, personal matters.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and priorities
Organize and prepare detailed agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials that support effective meetings and strategic decisions
Conduct research and compile relevant information to inform and support the CEO's strategic decision-making processes
