The
Executive Assistant role will mainly assist the director in his company
ventures in Singapore as well as India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for director
- Draft and review company documents on behalf of director with regards to his business
- Liaise with bankers, lawyers, and estate planners
- Liaise with vendors and negotiate
- Handle director's payments to vendors
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of director and company
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director, stakeholders and other employees
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for director and company
