- Inbox Management: Monitor the my email inbox, flag urgent messages, and provide daily summaries.
- Email Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails on my behalf, maintaining tone and professionalism.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Client Communication: Prepare and send introductory and follow-up emails to existing and potential clients. Templates or guides will be provided.
- Proposal Follow-ups: Track and follow up on proposals sent to clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Department Liaison: Request and consolidate reports from various departments on behalf of the executive.
- General Admin: Handle other typical VA tasks such as data entry, document formatting, travel arrangements, and online research.
