Job Description

TheExecutive Assistant will support activities tied to Telecom Key Accounts by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and assisting with documentation, scheduling, and follow-through. This role may also involve joining Business Managers during client meetings and presentations and providing support in customer-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements for account-related activities.
  • Prepare and organize documents such as presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, follow up on action items, and support onboarding processes.
  • Accompany Business Managers during face-to-face client meetings or presentations when needed (customer-facing role).
