AWS is looking for an Executive Assistant for our Senior Management in daily business.

The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, manages proactive large volumes of different tasks, works very detail-oriented and has the desire and aptitude to grow with AWS and the job.

Key job responsibilities
• Smooth administrative support and assistance to our Senior Management in daily business i.e. maintain calendar, handle post and calls, set-up conference calls, support in routine reporting and analysis preparation, handle internal & external meeting requests and prepare Agenda for meetings
• Offer pro-active planning support, anticipating needs for meetings, seeking and coordinating information where appropriate, alerting to forthcoming deadlines
• Compile executive summaries
• Act as administrator for department cost center including checking and keeping track of expenses and follow up with accounting, as well as handling invoices
• Co-ordinate regular circulation of information and reports internally to management team, peers and direct reports
• Handle small projects i.e. maintain and create org-charts, run and maintain team intranet-website, research
• Prepare and cross-read presentations, excel-sheets and diagrams
• Handle correspondence and e-mails independently fluently in Hebrew and English
• Handle travel bookings from A-Z including organization of trade fair visits
• Coordination of team events and social activities
• Team work with Executive Assistants to Managing Directors

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising sound business judgment in keeping team members informed as necessary
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events which require quick response or turnaround
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside of the company
- Fluent Hebrew & English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree, or Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Several years of experience assisting at the executive level
- Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skills
