Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Directors
Complex calendar and agenda management; scheduling internal and external meetings
Organise business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
Coordinate internal events, workshops and leadership meetings
Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Contribute to process improvements and provide ad‑hoc administrative support as needed
