Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Directors
- Complex calendar and agenda management; scheduling internal and external meetings
- Organise business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
- Coordinate internal events, workshops and leadership meetings
- Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Contribute to process improvements and provide ad‑hoc administrative support as needed
