What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive workflow, schedule, email, and priorities
  • Attend selected meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Serve as a leadership presence in the Brisbane office
  • Prepare documents, decks, spreadsheets, and briefing notes
  • Coordinate cross‑department tasks and follow‑up
  • Support travel, logistics, offsites, and events in Brisbane
  • Maintain exceptional organisation and reliability

What You Bring

  • Senior EA experience supporting C‑suite or business owners
  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders and project teams
  • Outstanding organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to turn rough ideas into structured documents
  • Strong judgement, professionalism, and discretion
  • Comfortable working autonomously and solving problems
