What You’ll Do
- Manage executive workflow, schedule, email, and priorities
- Attend selected meetings on behalf of the CEO
- Serve as a leadership presence in the Brisbane office
- Prepare documents, decks, spreadsheets, and briefing notes
- Coordinate cross‑department tasks and follow‑up
- Support travel, logistics, offsites, and events in Brisbane
- Maintain exceptional organisation and reliability
What You Bring
- Senior EA experience supporting C‑suite or business owners
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and project teams
- Outstanding organisation and communication skills
- Ability to turn rough ideas into structured documents
- Strong judgement, professionalism, and discretion
- Comfortable working autonomously and solving problems
