We are
seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our female CEO . This role requires
exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a
gatekeeper, strategic partner, and administrative powerhouse—ensuring the CEO
can focus on high-level strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage the CEO’s calendar,
    appointments, and travel logistics (domestic and international).

  • Act as the first point of
    contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare and review
    correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.

  • Coordinate board meetings,
    take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Manage special projects and
    conduct research as needed.

  • Organize and prioritize incoming
    communication; respond or delegate as appropriate.

  • Assist in maintaining a
    positive and productive environment, including occasional support in
    personal or lifestyle logistics.

  • Provide support for company
    events, investor meetings, and speaking engagements.

  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs
    and proactively manage potential issues before they arise.



  • Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience
    supporting a C-level executive (experience supporting a CEO preferred).

  • Proven track record in a
    fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Exceptional written and
    verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and
    time management abilities.

  • High level of discretion,
    confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency
    in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar apps, and task/project
    management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
