Ontime Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a critical role in supporting the executive team's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient organizational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments and prioritizing meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO including emails, phone calls, and other communications
  • Conduct research and compile reports as required to support decision-making
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO
  • Assist with project management and track progress on various initiatives
