Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the VP including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the VPO and department heads, ensuring fluid communication and timely dissemination of information.
  • Maintain and update data management systems, ensuring that all trackers for VPO approvals are accurate and current.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations, gathering data and insights as necessary.
  • Facilitate smooth day-to-day operations of the VPO's office by efficiently managing logistical and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in meetings on behalf of the VPO when required, taking notes and providing follow-up on action items
  • Assist in the management of projects and initiatives driven by the VPO, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met.
