Executive Assistant Property & Development Sector | Full-Time | Onsite
An established and fast-growing organisation within the property development sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, Head of Sales & Marketing, and Head of Development.
This is a pivotal role suited to a confident, highly organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and is trusted to operate with discretion, autonomy, and precision.
About the role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as a trusted partner to three executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while managing complex schedules, stakeholder interactions, and confidential matters. This role requires strong judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary management for three senior leaders
- Managing CEO email correspondence, prioritisation, flagging, and gatekeeping
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries for the CEO and family
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across the property, development, and construction sectors
- Supporting meetings including preparation, coordination, and minute-taking (non-board)
- Planning and delivering internal and external events
- Facilities coordination, meeting room setup, and end-to-end logistics
- Organising catering, client meetings, and staff lunches
- Handling sensitive and commercially confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About you You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who brings confidence, composure, and strong commercial awareness to your work. You are trusted, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within corporate or property-related environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Working arrangements
- Full-time, onsite role
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
