Job Description
The primary duty of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO/President of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and logistical support to the CEO/President of the Company.
- Manages the calendar, coordinates travel arrangements and scheduling of meetings.
- Handles correspondence including email management.
- Liaises between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Prepares and distributes documents, such as presentations, reports and memos.
- Work in a team of EAs.
Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of any business or administrative related courses.
- Must have at least 5 years working experience.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Must be willing to work in BGC.
