Job Description

The primary duty of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO/President of the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and logistical support to the CEO/President of the Company.
  • Manages the calendar, coordinates travel arrangements and scheduling of meetings.
  • Handles correspondence including email management.
  • Liaises between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Prepares and distributes documents, such as presentations, reports and memos.
  • Work in a team of EAs.

Qualifications

  • Must be a college graduate of any business or administrative related courses.
  • Must have at least 5 years working experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Must be willing to work in BGC.
  • Must be a team player...
