Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management and implementation of various initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Open to fresh grad or at least 1 year experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
