Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO – Valnet
Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant looking for a high-impact, dynamic role? Valnet is seeking a trusted, hands-on professional to support our Founder/CEO across business, real estate, and personal priorities. This is more than an administrative role—you’ll work in a team and be a key partner in enabling the Founder to focus on what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, meetings, travel, and expenses. Coordinate events, offsites, and materials to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Property & Real Estate Coordination: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of properties, liaising with managers, contractors, and vendors; oversee maintenance, scheduling, budgets, and documentation.
