Executive Assistant to the President & CEO
Location: Midtown Toronto (Yonge & Davisville)
Schedule: 100% in-office, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Compensation: $35–$39 per hour
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, energetic, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, anticipating priorities, organizing workflows, and helping maximize executive effectiveness.
