Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as a strategic and administrative partner, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, effective communication, and strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires high discretion, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and priorities efficiently
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, board decks, and briefing notes
- Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Coordinate with senior leadership, promoters, and cross‑functional teams
