What You’ll Do

Executive Partnership & Core Support

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to both the CEO and Chairman.
  • Manage complex, multi-layered calendars, making informed decisions around scheduling, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, and executive commitments across time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and background context ahead of meetings.
  • Track decisions, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent execution.
  • Anticipate needs and adapt quickly to changing demands, including occasional availability outside standard business hours.

Inbox & Communication Management

  • Monitor and prioritize email correspondence for the CEO and Chairman.
  • Draft and send professional responses on behalf of leadership.
  • Manage confidential, time-sensitive, and high-stakes communication with discretion and urgency.
