What You’ll Do
Executive Partnership & Core Support
- Provide comprehensive executive support to both the CEO and Chairman.
- Manage complex, multi-layered calendars, making informed decisions around scheduling, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, and executive commitments across time zones.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and background context ahead of meetings.
- Track decisions, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent execution.
- Anticipate needs and adapt quickly to changing demands, including occasional availability outside standard business hours.
Inbox & Communication Management
- Monitor and prioritize email correspondence for the CEO and Chairman.
- Draft and send professional responses on behalf of leadership.
- Manage confidential, time-sensitive, and high-stakes communication with discretion and urgency.
