Techeon IT Services is looking for a highly organized, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to Director. This role requires close coordination with leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative and business-related responsibilities efficiently.

- Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, emails, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups, approvals, and task tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in planning meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Ensure smooth communication and effective time management for the Director
