Executive Assistant to the Director – Booking & Scheduling Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Director’s complex calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements when applicable.
  • Organize meeting logistics such as conference room bookings, virtual meeting links, agendas, and supporting materials.
