Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 13 million + personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes.

RBS is the largest business unit of CommBank as well as being Australia’s largest retail banking network. Within RBS the Customer, Digital & AI (CDAI) team is responsible for designing and delivering customer-led digital journeys and AI-enabled experiences at scale. You will be responsible for supporting two General Managers within the CDAI team, Crew Lead Customer Identity and Digital Security and Centre of Excellence Lead RBS Strategy.
