Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
The Executive Assistant to the MD & CEO will act as the execution nerve-center of the CEO’s office, ensuring strategic decisions translate into timely action across the organization. This role demands exceptional ownership, discretion, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage MD & CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
• Screen and prioritize requests; ensure high-value time allocation
• Prepare daily/weekly agenda packs with background notes
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and itineraries
• Manage purchases and vendor relations
• Support strategic business development follow-ups
• Track ownership, deadlines, and progress
• Proactively follow up with internal & external stakeholders
• Identify risks, delays, and misalignment early
• Ensure closure on cross-department dependencies
• Coordinate CEO’s Linked In and leadership communication
• Handle sensitive leadership, financial, HR, and legal matters with integrity
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience supporting CXO / Founder / MD
• Exceptional communication & business writing skills
• Strong organizational & prioritization ability
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Power Point, Excel
• High emotional intelligence and proactive mindset
