Position Description:
Executive Assistant to President
Reporting to the President - Canadian Operations, your role is to provide valuable input to the President, anticipate his needs and support him on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in executive support, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
-Ensure very tight management of the President's calendar
-Plan internal and external meetings by proactively and continuously managing schedules
-Handle administrative procedures, including travel bookings, expense reports, approvals and authorizations, and CRM management
-Establish and organize the annual planning of events for the Canadian Cabinet
-Approve timesheets and verify that the expense accounts of the President's direct team comply with CGI standards
