Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO and senior executives.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing business, marketing, and operational concepts.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and spreadsheets for office and executive activities.

  • Reconcile payments, receipts, and documentation with various parties.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support executives and clients in daily business operations and customer-related concerns.

  • Address and help resolve customer and ownership issues in a timely and professional manner.
