As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be accountable for providing highly confidential administrative support and co-ordination to the CHRO ranging from routine to complex matters, managing the day-to-day administrative and confidential activities such as board materials, sensitive business and employee matters, team,  vendor and internal meetings, calendar management, and required conferences and travel arrangements. In addition, you will assist the broader HR Leadership team members (HRLT) with administrative support, as time permits.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Posting Type: Replacement Position.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $72,000 and $85,000.
