Job Description

We need a proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to (virtually) join our HQ team and support our founder by managing scheduling, supporting marketing and human resources initiatives, and keeping operations running smoothly. This isn’t a traditional admin-focused EA role – we’re looking for someone who can act as an extension of the founder, anticipating needs and taking ownership of high-value tasks.

What you’ll be doing / Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the founder’s schedule– booking client meetings, team 1:1s, and other check-ins with clients or team members
  • Taking ownership of the founder’s calendar – prioritizing the most important tasks
  • Inbox management– managing and responding to emails (Outlook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Meeting support– notetaking, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups happen
