The Role
The core responsibilities involve calendar & email management, complex travel arrangements, handling visa applications, preparing expense claims, managing confidential information, and arranging both internal and external meetings.
Your Profile
You should possess a Diploma or Private Secretarial Certificate with at least 10 years of relevant experiences in supporting senior stakeholders. You should be well versed in MS Office and demonstrate good communication skills.
