Job Description
Main Objective:
Facilitate the daily operations of the Directors and departments by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment. The position will be working for 2 departments.
What challenges will you have?
- Manage and coordinate the Management's schedule
- Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team.
