**About the Role**:
We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join our virtual global Executive Assistant Team and provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Partners within the organization. This is a role that contributes to the smooth functioning of our global organization by providing comprehensive support to leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and critical decision-making, which requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
There is potential for growth and possibility to participate in strategic projects. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.
We are looking for someone who can commit 35 hours per week Monday through Friday and can work in US time zones.

**You will focus on**:
The main objective of this role is to increase the productivity of the Partners by being responsible for and providing valuable support on:
- Time Management - Prioritize tasks, coordinate meetings, and ensure the Partner's time is optimized. By handling scheduling conflicts, organizing appointments, and managing travel arrangements, you free up the executive's time to focus on critical activities.- Preparation and research - Ensuring the Partner is well prepared for meetings, presentations, and client deliveries by gathering relevant data, coordinating with internal teams and providing logístical support.
- Project coordination - Coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met both for internal and external projects.
- Anticipating needs and proactive assistance - Anticipate the Partner's needs and take the initiative to address them. This includes identifying potential issues, suggesting improvements, and providing proactive support, thus increasing Partner’s efficiency and contributing to a more streamlined workflow.
**You will bring**:

- Proven work experience as an executive assistant for Chief Officer roles ideally in a professional services company
- Proven work experience in a virtual work environment, able to thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
- Solid experience with office management tools, including MS Teams, Zoom and Zoho CRM
- Flexibility to be able to respond to fast changing circumstances
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Proactive, can-do mindset that can operate autonomously
- Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set
- Can thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
- An excellent level of English, fluent in both spoken and written is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Having a daily personal meditation practice
