Overview

Virtual Rockstar is hiring an Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Team (Legal & Operations Focus) on behalf of a US-based healthcare and telehealth organization. This role supports the Senior Leadership Team , including the Chief Administrative Officer, CFO, and CMO (as needed), by providing high-level executive assistance alongside structured legal and operational administrative support . The Executive Assistant will play a key role in bringing organization, visibility, and consistency to contracts, corporate records, and leadership workflows. This is a remote position.
