Overview

GitLab is an open-core software company that develops the AI-powered DevSecOps Platform used by more than 100,000 organizations. The role supports four senior leaders in GitLab's People Group: the VP of Total Rewards, VP of Talent Acquisition, VP of People Strategy and Engagement, and VP of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. You will provide strategic, high-impact support, manage calendars and travel across time zones, plan key events, support recruiting and onboarding activities, and anticipate needs so executives can focus on leading and scaling the GitLab team. You will work across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, and GitLab, prioritizing and escalating urgent issues when needed, and you will build trusted partnerships with each VP in your first year and share best practices within the EBA community.
