Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base for IT staffing, contract staffing, and remote tech talent solutions (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Promote and sell pre-vetted Indian IT talent to international and domestic clients.
- Manage the complete sales process-from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders.
- Understand client requirements including skills, budgets, and engagement models.
- Maintain an organized and updated CRM pipeline.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B IT Sales / IT Staffing.
- Proven track record in selling contract staffing or remote development teams.
