We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in lead generation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead generation or inside sales, particularly within IT services, or technology consulting domain. You will play a key role in initiating conversations, and nurturing interest in our service offerings. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for IT services and solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach campaigns to prospective clients to generate qualified leadsIdentify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound callingBuild and maintain a database of prospective clients across target regions and industriesSchedule meetings and demos for the Sales / Business Development ManagersMaintain follow-ups until leads are successfully converted to opportunitiesWork closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and target accountsAchieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and performance metricsMaintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM toolsRepresent the company professionally and communicate value propositions clearlyRequirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead GenerationProven experience in outbound lead generation for IT services and technology solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections confidentlyExperience using CRM / sales automation tools will be an added advantage.Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environmentGoal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagementUnderstanding of software development services and IT consultingPrior experience generating leads in international markets (US/UK/Middle East)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
