Job Description

This role supports the Business Strategy team in developing solution-led, KPI-driven advertising strategies across AnyMind and POKKT offerings. The executive will assist in campaign planning, performance analysis, and post-campaign insights, while leveraging platform and product data to identify audience cohorts and optimize outcomes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, ad operations, product, and analytics teams, preparing strategy decks and insights for internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the expansion of non-gaming use cases.


What You'll Do

  • Support the development of solution-led, KPI-focused advertising narratives by assisting in data analysis, insights gathering, and performance reporting across Anymind and POKKT solutions.

  • Leverage Anymind product and platform data to help identify, analyze, and document relevant audience cohorts aligned to advertiser objectives and campaign use cases.

  • Assist in building and maintaining measurement frameworks, including campaign performance tracking, KPI mapping, and comparison against industry benchmarks under guidance from senior team members.

  • Contribute to the expansion of POKKT’s non-gaming use cases by supporting research on new environments, formats, and local market insights across regions.

  • Prepare strategy decks, insights summaries, and post-campaign analyses to support sales, client servicing, and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, ad operations, product, and analytics teams to ensure strategic recommendations are aligned with available inventory, formats, and measurement capabilities.

  • Support external and internal stakeholder interactions by providing data inputs, documentation, and insights for advertiser and agency discussions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market benchmarks to strengthen strategic recommendations and planning.
  • Who You Are

  • Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in BMM or related discipline

  • Preferred experience of 1–2 years in the digital ecosystem; freshers (0–2 years) may also be considered if they demonstrate strong digital media knowledge

  • Prior certification, coursework, or internship experience in digital media / digital marketing is highly desirable
