Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef - Technology-enabled for Nebraska Wesleyan University located in Lincoln, Nebraska. This Executive Chef will be the technology expert for purchasing platforms, ability to teach and be a resource. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting.
