With over 130 beds, Howard University's Hospitals 145-year history of providing the finest primary, secondary and tertiary health care services, Howard University Hospital has become one of the most comprehensive health care facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and designated a DC Level 1 Trauma Center.
**What You'll Do**
+ directly manage retail, patient feeding, catering chefs as well as purchasing and catering manager
+ maintain chef/manager schedules; cover chefs/manager schedule as needed
+ be responsible for yearly evaluation and goals for chefs and managers
+ implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital: Catering, Retail menus, garnishing, panning charts, production, pu...
