Overview

Executive Chef position in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The Executive Chef will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory control, cost analysis and personnel management. The role requires ensuring quality products and services are produced in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, food hygiene knowledge and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Develop and curate menus in alignment with concept and guest expectations.
  • Oversee inventory control and cost analysis to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of dishes and timely service.
