We at The X Hotel in Ajman, UAE are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Executive Chef to join our high-performing culinary team and help create vibrant, delicious menus that exceed customer expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food service, directing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality ingredients and meal presentation.
S/he must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills and have a deep knowledge of international cuisine and modern flavors. Candidates should also have experience in budget planning, cost reduction, and food safety and health regulations.
