Work Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall culinary operations of the venue, including creating and adapting menus, leading a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest level of standards for safety and cleanliness are upheld. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all customers’ dietary requirements are met.
