Executive Chef in Ajman, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering supplies, creating recipes, and maintaining quality control standards.
  • Oversee food preparation staff and develop new menu items.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and techniques; manage kitchen costs; create monthly schedules.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff; monitor inventory levels.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise in the kitchen.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen staff.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
