About the Role

:Reporting to senior leadership, the Executive Chef will take full responsibility for the Club's end-to-end culinary operation. This includes menu development, cost control, food safety and compliance, and the leadership of a large kitchen team. You will be highly visible, hands-on, and accountable for delivering consistent quality across all outlets.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven Executive Chef or Head Chef experience in high-volume clubs, pubs, or hotels. This role is hands on. * Strong leadership capability with experience managing large kitchen teams * Solid understanding of food cost control, GP management, and budgeting * Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance, and kitchen systems * Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
