Dim Sum Kitchen Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to ensure quality service and maintain kitchen standards.
  • Oversee the Dim Sum kitchen section, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and culinary knowledge are essential for this role. A professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure are also required.
