As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, kitchen operations and staff management. You will be in charge of creating menus, establishing portion sizes and plating techniques, and ensuring that all kitchen processes are met with high standards of quality and safety. As well as this you will be involved in managing budgets and inventory control systems.
