Executive Chef
We are searching for an Executive Chef who is imaginative and knowledgeable about all elements of cooking for our NEWEST YVORA DINING ESTABLISHMENT . The Executive Chef will supervise and manage our kitchen staff, maintain a positive relationship with team members, and optimize staff efficiency. The ideal candidates should be innovative and service-oriented.
- Organize and manage culinary and cooking tasks.
- Customize menus or develop new ones that meet high standards.
- Gather feedback on food quality and address issues and concerns.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure dishes are plated to perfection.
- Follow nutrition, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
- Perform administrative duties such as making purchase orders and inventory management for food and equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and customers.
