An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant Executive Chef with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
The ideal Executive Chef will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.

Requirements:

  • Candidates need to be currently based in Dubai
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
  • Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
  • Strong leadership, creativity, & kitchen management skills
  • Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
  • A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
